In the month of August, The Hub supported The Truro Housing Outreach Society.

The housing crisis in Nova Scotia has kept The Truro Housing Outreach Society busy and they often operate at capacity. They apply housing first, rapid re-housing, shelter diversion and harm reduction principles within their service delivery model, client case management and care plans.
